- Order received — your product choices, photo, and instructions are saved with the order.
- Artwork in progress — our artist prepares your custom design.
- Awaiting approval — a private proof link is emailed within 2–3 business days.
- Approved — production can begin.
- Printing — your approved artwork is being produced.
- Shipped — tracking is emailed to you.
Check your status
Use the private link in your proof email to approve or request your one included revision. For shipping status, sign in to your customer account or use the tracking email.
