When do I see my design?
Before purchase. Upload your photo and select Generate my preview on the product page. Generation can take a few minutes; keep the page open and follow the progress indicator.
Can I change my design?
Yes. Edit your instructions and regenerate before approving and paying. Generation limits may apply. Changes after purchase cannot be guaranteed because production may begin immediately.
Do I need an approval email?
No. Your website approval and artwork are saved with your order. Older orders placed under our previous process may still use their original approval link.
Can I save my preview?
Yes. Use Copy private preview link and keep it private. You can reopen it on another device. Unpurchased previews are available for 7 days. On the same browser, use Resume saved preview. You may need to upload your photo again to generate a different design.
How do I choose a size?
Open the product-specific Size chart above the customization area. Compare its garment measurements with a similar item laid flat.
How long will delivery take?
See the estimate on the product page and our Production & Shipping page.
What photo works best?
Use a bright, sharp original photo with the full subject visible. Add optional instructions before generating your preview.
Can I return a custom product?
Please read our Return Policy before purchase. Contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
