When will I receive my proof?
Your private approval link is normally emailed within 2–3 business days after ordering.
Can I request a change?
Yes. One revision is included. Use the private proof link to request it before approving.
When does production begin?
Only after you approve your design. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout, and tracking is emailed when the order ships.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a bright, sharp, original image with the complete subject visible. Avoid screenshots, blur, heavy filters, and cropped features.
Can I add special instructions?
Yes. The optional design-request box on each product lets you suggest details such as a car, background, outfit, or body-style adjustment.
What if I do not see my proof email?
Check spam and promotions first. Then email mygamefit@gmail.com with your order number.
Can I return a custom product?
Customized items may have different return eligibility. Please review our Return Policy before ordering, and contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
